This tool offers dealer-level functionality, allowing for full diagnostics, ECU programming and key programming, while being up to three times cheaper than similar OEM tools such as the Toyota TIS Techstream. The MINI VCI is the ideal choice for automotive technicians, workshops and enthusiasts who want to perform in-depth diagnostics and customization on their Toyota, Lexus or Scion vehicles, while saving costs compared to dealer services.

The device connects via the vehicle's OBD2 port and works via USB with Windows operating systems (Windows XP, 7, 8, 10, 32/64-bit recommended). MINI VCI uses high-quality FTDI FT232RL chip and ARM processor, ensuring fast and stable data transmission. It supports Toyota TIS Techstream software (e.g. version V18.00.008), which allows you to read and erase trouble codes, monitor real-time data, program ECUs and perform key programming. The device supports all major Toyota protocols since 1996, including K-Line ISO 9141, KWP 2000, SAE J1850 PWM/VPW, CAN 2.0B and CAN ISO 15765-4, ensuring wide compatibility.

Main features:

Full System Diagnostics: Scans all vehicle systems including Engine, ABS, Airbags (SRS), Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) and Main Body.
