LAUNCH X431 CR3001 is a compact and affordable OBD2 diagnostic scanner designed for DIYers and car owners. It supports 1996 and newer OBD2-compatible vehicles (e.g. Toyota, BMW, Ford, VW, Mercedes) that comply with ISO9141-2, ISO14230-4, SAEJ1850 and ISO15765-4 (CAN) protocols. The device focuses on engine (Engine Check) diagnostics, reading and clearing trouble codes, including the "Check Engine" warning (MIL), and displaying real-time data (e.g. RPM, coolant temperature, O2 sensors).
The device features a 1.77-inch color display and DTC lookup function that allows you to view code definitions. Supports 10 OBD2 modes, including I/M readiness, cold frame data, O2 sensor test, EVAP test and VIN reading. The device works directly through the OBD2 port (no battery required) and supports 7+ languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Italian).
